This could be an unique gem. All pieces are here to put it together with some easy work. Mast, gaff boom, sail ( perfect just dirty) parrels (plastic), transom knees, bow piece, center board, rudder,gudgeons and pintels, tiller, inner and outter gunnels with blocks, oar locks and oars. Mast step needs repairing. If I was going to finish it, I would ask $4,000. Cash please. Ian
