Prefer someone who wants to do the urban farming thing with me, but not necessary. 600/month (heat, hydro, garden space, slow internet and landline included), 5 minute walk to university village mall, 10 minute walk to VIU. On a quiet road with lovely neighbours. Share tools, shop space, laundry, kitchen, bathroom with 3 other people. We are a kind, fairly quiet and trustworthy bunch. You must be too. Prefer student and/or employed. Short or long term. No dogs or cats, already have cats. Will rent to the right couple or bestie pair for an extra 100.
