$45 · Horsemanship and Mechanical Cow Sessions

Mechanical Cow Sessions at the Arena on Spurs in Nanoose! We are back at it with mechanical sessions starting Sunday, January 6th being offered at this beautiful covered arena in Nanoose bay! Sessions available every Sunday and Wednesday until the end of February. The sessions are open to everyone! Whether you are looking to do something new and fun with your horse, work on skills for team sorting and penning, or work on cutting skills at any level come out and play! Each session will have a warm up working on horsemanship appropriate to the level of horse and rider building on basic fundamentals. We will then work on the skills each horse and rider needs to meet their goals with the mechanical cow! Learn how to get your horse "hooked" and following the cow on their own while building on correct movement and encouraging your horse to work off of their hind quarters which is so useful for all disciplines! Private and semi private lessons are also available in ground work and horsemanship following the principles of Warwick Schiller.
