Exterior Maintenance worker

Strata VIS2118 (Ocean Trails Resort) has a permanent part-time position open in our exterior grounds and maintenance department. Experience is essential, duties within this position include maintenance of pool, hot tub, water reservoir, irrigation, lawn care, garden beds, septic system and exterior building maintenance. This is a non-smoking property. The successful applicant must be reliable, physically fit, have a valid licence, transportation, and submit a criminal record check, be self-motivated to work independently and as part of our team.
