$20 · Babies Yoga

Breathe and move with your new little one in tow. Babies yoga is designed especially for new mamas, but any caregivers are welcome with baby! The class is designed to be flexible so you can hop in and out of your practice as needed to tend to baby. This series runs for four weeks on Mondays from May 13th to June 10th (there is no class on Monday, May 20th due to the Victoria Day holiday). $60 for the series of four sessions, or $20 drop-in per class as long as space allows. *Please note, a minimum of 6 registrants is required to run this series.
