$80 · starting January, child care needed in my home

Looking for someone to come to my home near costco, live in or out possible, and care for my 4 & 6 year olds, must have car or live close as buses don't run early enough for 630 am start on my days, I work shift work, 12 hour shifts, 2 days & 2 nights, although most nights my 19 year old son will be able to stay with them overnight once he gets off work arount 1030pm. then 4 days off, I would love to find someone who truly loves children and has the flexibility, $80 per 12 hr shift
