It's with a very heavy heart that I'm considering rehoming my boy :(, I got this dog thinking I would be perfect for him. But I'm going to school and while I'm at school he's in his large dog kennel, but he barks allot he doesn't like being alone and my landlord lives below me, it's becoming too much for my landlord.
His name is chance he is 6 months old and as much as I wanted to believe he was a right fit for my life and family he is not, he is very high level energy and not a family dog, he's okay with my 5 year old but he has some food aggression and will bite. He is a man's dog he really liked my boyfriend but we had split up and I can't handle chance very well on my own.
This dog needs a one person home with no other pets, a large fenced backyard and LOTS of excersice, he is sweet but very dominant and can get aggressive and I don't have the time or the money at the moment to get professional training Which he requires. I have taught him sit, lay down and shake a paw he can do on command he's had his vaccines and roundworm medication. This is very hard for me to do as I love chance very much but I come to the realization that chance needs more, that I can't provide I will be very picky to who he goes to because I want him to find the perfect person that can handle such a high energy dog who will be able to get the training for him, only serious inquiries please.
