Hello, I am a male with a spare bedroom looking for an easy going and easy to get along with roommate for September 1st. Guys and girls both welcome to come check out room, please no couples. There is a washer and dryer in the house, a cute little backyard, a smart TV with Netflix and internet and here is enough parking here for you and all your friends. Bathroom, Living room and kitchen are shared. House is little but cute and almost completely renovated. We are 5 minute walk to the university, gym, swimming pool and grocery store.
