$3,000 · looking for 3-5 bedroom house with yard

WANTED: hello we are a full time working couple with 2 older boys (12 and 14) and are in search of bigger home. We have great references, have been at our place now for over 5 years but it's time to get a bigger place. We are both full time working people, I do contract work for BC hydro all around Vancouver island and the wife is a community support worker. Always pay bills on time, are plan is one day to own our house :). We would love to hear what you have to offer for a rental house? A yard would be awesome. "I take pride in a nice looking lawn".
