My name is Brian and I am the owner of a three bedroom duplex on Hammond Bay Rd. I currently live in it, and have one housemate. My housemate is a young woman with two cats. She is quiet, and pleasant, and when her boyfriend stays over he is also very respectful and conscientious. I am moving out and looking for a housemate to fill my vacancy. For $950/month, upon approval, you will share the house with my current housemate. You will have two bedrooms for yourself, as well as a shared kitchen, dining room, living room, and full and 1/2 bathroom. Ideally I'd prefer another quiet and pleasant female renter. However, I am open. It is extremely important that you are not party people. Keeping my current housemate happy is top priority for me. My house is located on Hammond Bay Rd near Piper's Lagoon. There is a bus stop right outside. There is plenty of parking, and a nice outside space. I pop by bi-weekly to provide free cleaning services of common areas. No damage deposit required, just half of first months rent upon approval. Move in date is for March 1st, but early move-in can be arranged with enough notice.
