May not be available during pandemic but looking for interest. One stall with run out and separate pasture in private barn. Next door to indoor arena (closed to outside currently). Seasonal dressage arena and short trail on property. Road ride or trailer to local parks. Must be mature adult rider interested in equitation science training principles. Coach comes weekly under normal circumstances. Horse must be smaller(under 16 hh) and vice free. Semi self board only. I feed and clean. Boarder buys all feed ( bagged bedding charged monthly by use) and does all care. Availability to do occasional horse sitting a plus. Storage for 20 bales and basic tack provided. Icelandic gelding on property. Vet and farrier less than 10 minutes away.
