WANTED: waterfront lot / property Van. Island / Gulf Islands

Do you have a waterfront lot or property on the Gulf Islands or Eastern Van. Island that you are looking to sell? Our family is looking for just the thing. We'd consider many properties, but ideally something under $450,000 and hopefully .75 acre or larger. It can be just a building lot, or a lot with a small dwelling or bunkie on it. Our kids love the ocean exploring and enjoying nature (and so do we!). Looking for a chance to have a quiet get-away space to call our own and build memories :)
