I am a mature working female seeking minimum one bedroom accommodations, preferably on the outskirts of Nanaimo. The property must be quiet, clean, and well-maintained. I included this price as an example but I am flexible assuming the value is consistent with the price. I am looking for long-term accommodation as of September 1st and have excellent references, am a non-smoker, I do not use drugs of any kind and I am exceptionally clean. I own properties in another province which are rented out. The attached photo is one of them. Ideally, I would like a bathroom with a tub and access to a deck or yard. Thanks, Gail
