$600 · WANTED: Roomate QUIET

I am looking for a quiet roomate, I rent a beautiful 3 bedroom on acerage in Errington, must be okay with a small child and 1 large puppy, no drinking or drugs on premises. I work from home and am super quiet, no parties. You get a nice bedroom, clean house, shared bathroom, half the fridge, nice big yard. I have my child 5 days a week, he is lovely and quiet, he goes to bed at 630 and wakes up at 7 for school. 600 a month including utilities. Wood stove, internet, hydro is around 75 each every 2 months and propane around 150 every 6. Email me if interested and we can chat. I am female, and would prefer another female.
