WANTED: One Bedroom Apartment

In search of a 1 bedroom apartment before May 1st but sooner would be better. I have been living in Parksville for the past 20 years and in a winter rental at the moment. Previously I was in the same residence for 18 years. My boyfriend and I want a place in Parksville as we both work full time locally (I have been working for a local hotel for over 7+ years and he works for Lordco Auto Parts (the main warehouse). We are in our 50's, very quiet, extremely clean, and very respectable to our neighbours. No partiers here. We do not drink or do any recreational drugs (including marajuana).
