$1,500 · WANTED: Long Term Rental on Gabriola Island

*Rental fee is flexible * We are currently living on Gabriola Island and would like to remain in this wonderful community long term. Sadly, the lovely house we are in is going up for sale this spring. We are a mature and reliable couple in our mid-30's with solid income. One of us works with a plumbing business on Gabriola and the other works part time online for a global cacao company. We are also both yoga and meditation instructors. We have a third person, a mature and semi-retired immediate family member who would also like to co-rent with us. 1 year written lease agreement only - no short term rentals please. Professional and personal references available if needed. We are flexible on move in date, as late as May 1st. No pets. No children. *Wood heat is preferred.* Gardening space is a bonus. Close to beach and/or trails is preferred but not a deciding factor. Partially or fully furnished is a good option for us as well, as we have recently returned from long term travelling and have downsized our belongings greatly.
