WANTED: 3 Bedroom ASAP in Parksville Qualicum area

Young male looking for long-term accommodation anywhere from Lantzville to Chemainus. I currently work in Duke Point so looking for a place closer to my work. I do not party, drink, do drugs, or smoke. Pretty quiet and keep to myself for the most part when I am home. I work graveyard shifts so sharing a place probably wouldn't be ideal. I will be bringing my fluffy black cat with me as well. He's well-behaved and trained to be an indoor cat. Previous rental and work references are available. My budget is around $1,300. Some utilities would be great.
