$850 · WANTED: 1 br rental in Nanaimo area pet friendly

Hi, I am looking to rent a 1 bedroom suite for April 1st. I would prefer around the Nanaimo area (or within 30 minutes drive from Nanaimo area). Approximately $600-700 rent or $800-850 with utilities (cable/internet) included. Currently in Surrey. I am a Loss Prevention Officer and have been with the same company for over 12 years now. I am looking to transfer my job to the Island. I am single female in her 50's, extremely quiet, no drugs or partying of any kind. I do have a small (15lb) very very friendly dog (French BulldogX) and a small (7lb) indoor cat (goes for walks on leash around the yard).
