My wife and I are looking for a new place to call home, we are looking for somewhere we can be long term. We are non-smoking with 1 well cared for, indoor cat. We would prefer more pet-friendly options as we hope to be adopting a dog in the future. We are gainfully employed, she is an Accountant and I am a professional Chef. Our only other major concern is reasonable walking access as my wife has Osteoarthritis in her knees so lots of stairs or walking for access is very hard on her. We have great references both from our current landlords and employers. We would love a 1 bedroom with den if at all possible but can happily be in a 1 bedroom as well.
