I’m an international student at VIU. I’m from Sri Lanka. I am looking for a 1 bedroom bachelor suite or studio or apartment between country club mall to Woodgrove area. Basically looking for a place near transit to take #40 bus. I have 2 more semesters in VIU and will finish schooling in April, 2021. I will start full time work thereafter and I can increase the rent as well. I am a non smoker and i don’t drink. Very responsible female as I am in my mid twenties. Also i don’t have pets and I don’t party. Very quiet. References can be provided from my current landlord and from my employer. I always pay rent ahead of time and keep the place very clean as I am clean freak. Currently I’m able to pay only between $700 to $800, but you can increase it after April, 2021. Looking for a favorable reply if anyone wants to help an international student.
