We are a hard working couple in our mid 30's. Non smokers and don't like parties. We love the outdoors and the relaxing couch time. We do have caged ferrets as pets. Which are able to stay outside on a dry spot. With an additional pet deposit. We have excellent rental references and are very responsible and clean. We are looking for a one to two bedroom suite somewhere quiet. Best for April or even May. Between Duncan, Crofton, Ladysmith and South Nanaimo. If you want a respectful person to take care of your place, we are the right tenants.
