There is space for 2 adults and a small child or 2 as both the dinette and sofa fold out into small beds. 3 burner stove top and oven work well as does the furnace and hot water heater, though the water only works if hooked up to services (holding tank leaks so can't fill it yet). It has a fridge but we only use it as an icebox as the cooling system is down. A block of ice in it will keep everything cool for 4 to 5 days!
