We are the mid island premier Suzuki outboard motor dealer also offering Mercury marine, Stryker Inflatable boat's and Katanacraft welded Aluminum boats. At Allen Marine we take pride in ensuring top notch service for every customer. We are currently looking for a Marine Service Writer/Front Counter Attendant to join our team. We provide parts, sales, and service for Suzuki, Mercury & Mercruiser products. If you have previous experience as a service writer and have general knowledge of the marine industry, we would like to hear from you. For the right candidate, this position will be highly dynamic & fulfilling. General responsibilities include but are not limited to- * Greeting customers as they arrive * Answering multiple phone lines * Ordering parts and accessories for front counter as well as our service department * Generating work orders * Ensuring the showroom is clean and stocked * General data entry * Multitasking in a fast pace environment Preference will be given to those with- * Previous experience in the marine or automotive industry * Exceptional customer service skills * Passion for boats
