SOS Coordinator

SOS is a non-profit social service organization that offers support services to residents within School District 69. We are currently looking for an energetic and efficient professional to coordinate our busy reception area and our growing Medical Appointment Transportation service (MATS). Duties & Responsibilities: * Coordinates the day-to-day operations of our reception that supports clients and customers in receiving excellent customer service. * Coordinates the MATS program that links volunteer drivers with clients for transportation to and from medical appointments. * Coordinates front office volunteers. * Performs administrative and office support tasks, including a variety clerical duties. * Ensures that the goals and objectives of the program are met and maintained. Qualifications: * Completion of Post-Secondary training in a related field supplemented by a minimum of two years previous experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. * Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and frequent deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. * Experience in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in QuickBooks an asset. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
