Looking for a 6th person for our 6-bedroom house close to VIU. The school is an 8-minute walk away, and downtown is only 15. The rent includes all utilities (Wi-fi, electric, water, heating) and the house has a washer and dryer. Common areas include a kitchen (has 2 fridges and a dishwasher), a living room/dining room, 2 bathrooms, a covered deck with a barbecue and patio set, and a large fenced backyard with a firepit. There is also plenty of street and off-street parking available. The room comes with a bed, table, cabinet, and closet. There is also room for a desk. We are looking for someone for March, but the house is available immediately. Guys and girls are welcome, couples will pay a little more.
