Three roommates are in need of a fourth to fill the last room of a shared household. We're looking for a responsible, working individual who will enjoy the space and help us keep things clean and peaceful. Unfortunately we do not allow pets and there is no smoking allowed within the house. Please, no couples. Located in a quiet neighborhood in central Nanaimo, we're within walking distance to the NRGH hospital, brook's landing and various bus stops. - Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two additional living areas. - Large spacious kitchen with plenty of storage space and working dishwasher. - Full laundry room with working sink, ironing board and washer/dryer. - Unlimited high-speed internet, wireless and wired options. Rent includes all facilities and internet cost, gas is billed monthly (heating only) and hydro is billed bi-monthly. Bills are split four-ways between roommates.
