Replenishment Team Member

Our Naniamo location is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual for the position of Replenishment Team Member. The Replenishment Specialist restocks inventory and maintains organized product displays to give customers a superior shopping experience. Together with other team members, the Replenishment Specialist ensures adequate stock levels are kept to meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities * Responsible for replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor * Assist in the stocking of incoming truck freight to the stock room * Maintain product displays on selling floor * Assist in keeping product signage/pricing accurate * General housekeeping duties and facility maintenance * Act as an ambassador of the company with all employees and customers * Follow all regulations, company policies, and procedures * Other duties as assigned by management Skills and Qualifications * Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends * Superior customer service skills * Effective written and oral communication skills * Ability to work independently and as team * Physical requirements include: o Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs o Standing for long periods of time o Pulling, pushing, bending and torso twisting movements with weight Compensation * Wages - competitive wages based on the market and experience * Benefits o Health benefits including drug and dental coverage, practitioners, vision, disability and life insurance o Retirement savings - RRSP or other * Perks - Company discounts (employee pricing, mobile phone plans, gym membership), recognition and training programs, opportunities for career advancement, group events and more If you feel Slegg is a good fit for your career goals and skillset, we invite you to apply and look forward to reviewing your application.
