Real Estate and Property Management Assistant We are looking for a highly motivated Full time Property Management and Real Estate Assistant for a growing, and fast paced real estate and property management office in Nanaimo. The position includes but is not limited to reception, scheduling viewings, showing rental properties, debit and cash handling, processing listings and sales contracts and various administrative tasks. The position will generally be Monday to Friday 8:30am -4:30pm. Applicants must have class 5 driver's licence with clean driving record and their own vehicle. The applicant must also be extremely professional and have great time management and prioritizing skills in a busy environment. Attention to detail, strong computer skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision are also necessary and a positive and enthusiastic attitude is required.
