Hello! I am looking for a quiet, responsible female to share my home with. It is a fully furnished, three-bedroom house with currently 2 students (myself and my boyfriend) and 1 female lab technician living there, all under thirty years old, and I have vacancy for one smaller room. It is in an ideal location in a quiet strata residential area. There is no available parking in the driveway, but there is free parking behind the strata (a minute walk from the house). You would be walking distance to the hospital, shops, restaurants, and it is also close to VIU (on the VIU express bus route). Rent includes hydro, heat, high speed wi-fi, washer, drier, iron/ironing board, and fully fitted kitchen. All you need to bring are your own food and any small appliances you might want to use (eg. rice cooker). The lounge area has a modern sectional seating, a flat screen TV (Netflix provided), and a designer coffee table. The dining area has a modern glass dining table, along with a breakfast bar. The bedroom has a single bed and is carpeted with a desk, desk lamp, chair, drawers, bedside table with a lamp, a full-length mirror, and a closet. Additionally, bedding and towels are provided. The upstairs bathroom will be shared with the lab tech but there are locks on bedroom and bathroom doors to ensure privacy. We also have a small back yard with a seated patio. Storage for luggage is available in the attached garage. The three of us are very clean, studious, and eco-conscious, and we're hoping to find someone that fits well in our lovely house! Student or single professionals preferred. We are smoke-free, pet-free, and drug-free home.
