Prenatal yoga helps you adapt to the physical changes of pregnancy while preparing you mentally and physically for childbirth. Hatha yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation are combined to increase flexibility, strength and relaxation. No yoga experience necessary. Wednesdays 4:30pm-6:00pm This class runs in series of four sessions at a time. The current series is running May 1st - 22nd (drop-ins welcome) Cost is $20 per drop-in session.
