Part Time Office Admin

Rhino Labour is looking for a Part Time Office Admin to join our team in Nanaimo, BC. The successful applicant will work Monday to Friday from 2pm - 6pm and be on call every third weekend. They will be responsible for covering payroll at the end of the day, as well as prepping for the next day. This is a part time position with the ability to grow and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment! Duties: - Collecting equipment from temporary labourers at end of day - Prepping and filling orders for morning dispatch - Light office and equipment cleaning - Screening new temporary labourer applications - Giving temporary labourer orientations - Daily Payroll - Filing - Maintaining client and worker relations in person, over phone, and via email Requirements: - Payroll experience a must - Construction/Warehouse experience an asset - Vehicle an asset - Reliable - Flexible (able to cover sick/holiday days, as well as a weekend rotation) - Team player - Excellent time management skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and professional phone manner - Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills - Familiar with MS Office and Quickbooks About Us: Rhino Labour is the leading temporary recruitment agency on Vancouver Island, delivering an exceptional customer experience through outstanding people sharing Rhino's uncompromising values.
