Marketing Manager

Arbutus RV & Marine Sales Ltd. is a family owned and operated business that has been serving Vancouver Islanders for over 32 years. We have 6 Island locations and BCs biggest inventory of RVs. As the Marketing Manager, you will be working closely with the Owners and Corporate General Manager to initiate and execute our marketing plans across all channels to drive customer acquisition, retention and affinity. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You will oversee multiple communication channels used to promote Arbutus RV. You will be: *Creating promotional messages and themes to drive business. *Coordinating and implementing marketing strategies across multiple channels. *Managing budgets for media and marketing campaigns. *Directing, monitoring and improving the company's social media strategy including content curation, creation and implementation paths. *Brainstorming ways to promote new products or initiatives. *Listening and responding to customer feedback from Branch Managers and social media platforms. *Assessing and implementing approved sponsorship requests. *Implementing HR requests from Managers. You have: *Strong Marketing Background *Excellent communication and negotiation skills. *Strong analytical skills. *A creative eye. *Extensive hands-on experience with a variety of applications and software including but not limited to; Publishing (WordPress), Database Management (Constant Contact), Customer Surveys (Survey Gizmo), Microsoft Office as well as all Social Media channels, including Google My Business and Google Analytics.
