Looking for a rental and to help you!

Hello, I am a father on a very limited income looking for an affordable private or semi-private suite. My three year old son lives in Nanaimo(not with me), so I am looking for a rental in town or close by so that he can have his father near. Ideally I would like to help you for a discounted rent, which in turn would help me a great deal. I am good at cleaning, minor repairs, errands, dog walking/running, and many other things. I am an honest, trustworthy, easygoing gentleman, so let's talk more to see if this type of arrangement would be a good mutual fit.
