Available January 1st 2020 - Rent is $700 a month (month to month lease), plus $50 for WiFi - Parking for 1 car - Bus stop at end of driveway - Nice outside patio area with ocean view - In suite laundry - Shared bathroom (with bathtub) - Dishwasher - Really good landlords that live above - Private entrance from landlords - Small pets allowed, but no dogs (indoor cats only. Must have up to date shots, flea treatment etc.). I have 2 cats of my own. My one cat is pretty aggressive toward some other cats so an introduction may need to happen first - Smoking and 420 friendly but only allowed outside - No partying.
