Looking for an International student/roommate Flexible with the length of stay from 1 - 6 months or longer. The renter would get - 1 Large Bedroom Furnished All included (covers Heat, Water, Electricity, High-Speed Internet and lots of parking). Close to downtown and bus route, near the aquatic center, VIU, bus stop, and other amenities. 6 appliances including in-suite washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stove. You would share the bathroom, kitchen, dining room, entrance with myself (male in late 20's). House is clean, non-smoking. My old tenant just moved out last week and he stayed a whole year but is now going away for school, so I am renting out our spare room. About yourself: I am looking for a quiet, mature, single working person or student. About myself: I am in my late 20's, mature, professional male that respects boundaries but is relatable, reliable, and trustworthy. In addition, you will find me very clean, neat, respectful, thoughtful, kind-hearted and friendly. I go to school Monday to Friday 8am-4pm so I am out of the house during that time. Looking for compatible to share living space, bathroom, and dining room, and you can be male or female.
