Hi there, We are a couple in our 50's looking for a long term rental opportunity in the Qualicum area. We do not party and have no pets and are very respectful of our surroundings as well. Our story, We moved here in 1992 and raised 3 children that have moved on to there own now and are on our own, we had moved north to help our daughter and son in law out for 2 years but have now returned to enjoy the peaceful and climate ofnqualicum beach. We previously rented from our landlords for 16 years with no issues and impecible references over those years. We love to garden and would take excellent care if given the chance to look after your place.
