Realm Food Co. is more than a restaurant and caterer, it's a community hub, fiercely dedicated to wild, organic, local and sustainable food. We work with local farms and producers to ensure that our menu has the smallest ecological footprint possible. Realm is a counter service, high-vibe restaurant, serving food to satisfy any palate from vegan to paleo, that is as delicious as it is nourishing and energizing. Our local eats are complimented by an all organic and natural wine list, craft beer, cider, cocktails, kombucha on tap, smoothies, elixirs and espresso bar. We make our food fresh to order, so eating out is possible for those with dietary needs! The majority of our menu is made without gluten, dairy or nuts and is processed sugar free. By choosing to support the need for local, organic food production, we then choose to support local organic farms to have a place in our community. Line Cook Duties: -Responsible for maintaining quality and cleanliness while -prepping food -Responsible for maintaining quality, presentation and cleanliness while cooking on line -Will follow all tasks as dictated by the Chef -Must be able to handle a high volume kitchen -1+ years of experience cooking in a restaurant setting -Must be a team player -Responsible for contributing to daily specials -Must have a positive attitude -Passion for cooking and eagerness to grow as a chef -Passion for local, organic cuisine -Wiling to train the right person
