Two roomates looking for another roommate in a large townhouse near Maffeo Sutton Park. You will have your own private unfurnished master bedroom with full ensuite, fireplace and 2 closets with shelving. Kitchen, laundry and living room shared. All utilities included in the price of $800/month. You must like dogs as I have a medium dog, but unfortunately there is only one pet allowed so you can't bring your own.
