Landscape Labourer

Local full-service commercial and residential Irrigation and Landscaping company requires full time Labourer. Preference given to applicants with irrigation and landscape experience, including but not limited to: Irrigation installation and repairs - Landscape Design, - Fence and Deck Building, - Landscape Construction, - Retaining Walls, - Pond and River Wor,k - Snow Clearing; - Machinery operation: Excavator, Bob-Cat, Backhoes, Snow Plow. Qualifications Required: - Must possess an excellent work ethic, - Physically capable of performing manual labour, - Able to lift 40-60 lbs regularly, - Some previous experience preferred, - Follow safe work procedures, - Reliable form of communication (phone, email), - Possess a minimum of a valid Class 5 Drivers License; - Steel toed boots are a safety requirement and rain gear is the responsibility of the employee. Expectations: - All employees must conduct themselves in a professional manner, - Must be able and willing to work in a team environment and independently, - Safe use of hand/power tools and other necessary equipment, - Move and transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, dollies and manual lifting, - Perform other manual duties as needed and maintain a clean work site, - Wear personal protective equipment at all times as required; - Reliable attendance and communication required.
