All natural Qualicum pasture raised, grass hay, veggie, fruit, fed lamb. Processed in Provincial Class A inspected facility in Duncan. Professionally cut/ wrapped and immediately frozen. $10 per pound hanging weight, taken after aging process. Sold by whole (31- 51 lbs) or by the side (15.5- 26 lbs). Cuts include chops, shoulder steaks, shoulder and leg roasts, shank and stew or mince meat.
