Timber Horizon Construction specializes in the construction of luxury, high end custom homes. We serve from Victoria to Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island. From Foundations to the final stages of the build, we provide a high quality of craftsmanship. We pride ourselves on high end, quality work without cutting the corners on safety. We are currently booked for the next 3+ years with work being added weekly. We are looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our crew. Duties would include but not limited to: -Assisting in Foundation construction and pouring -Assisting in Framing of floors, walls and roof systems -Site clean up -Taking direction from Site Supervisor/Lead Hand -Working well with others as part of a tight knit crew This is a prime opportunity for someone looking to get into the construction industry. We are looking for someone that is open to growing with the company and evolving into the Lead Hand Framer role, followed by the opportunity to move into a Supervisor roll. Showing up on time and a strong attendance, respectful towards fellow employees and clients are non negotiable. We want to add someone to our team that wants to work, have fun and make good money while doing so. Showing up and putting in an honest days work will earn you an apprenticeship.
