Janitor for commercial building

We have two downtown Nanaimo commercial buildings. Access to the building is available between 7 AM and 5 PM. 55 Victoria Road Two floors, four bathrooms, eight glass doors, two halls, one foyer, one set of stairs. Two times a week: Clean toilets, wash basins, mop floor, fill dispensers., empty garbage cans and clean mirror. Vacuum halls, clean marks from walls. Optionally wash carpeting (Friday). Mop stairs, foyer. Clean all glass doors inside and out. 37 Commercial Street Main hallway downstairs, and upstairs. Two bathrooms, one set of glass doors. Once per week: Clean toilets, wash basins, mop floor, fill dispensers., empty garbage cans and clean mirror. Vacuum halls, clean marks from walls. Wash lower floor hallway. We are looking for a fixed price with an hourly rate for additional work on approval.
