Hi everyone, I recently transferred to Nanaimo from Victoria and am looking for a rental. I currently work full time at FortisBC so I have steady, reliable income. I am ideally looking for a studio/1 bedroom suite to rent, but am open to a roommate situation if its a good fit. I have a friendly 6 year old lab cross who likes to sleep all day and is very quiet and well behaved. I have excellent references for him from previous landlords as well as dog walkers/dog daycares. Yard access would be ideal, as well as off street parking, and in suite laundry. Location anywhere in the Nanaimo area is great, not overly picky.
