Are you looking for a professional and reliable cleaner? Search no more.... I am licensed and have a clean CRC. I used to clean offices, houses, move in/out etc etc..... I'm taking new clients for the end of October, if you are in need of a regular cleaner for weekly or bi-weekly or if you have a move out coming up, please contact me. My rate for a Normal Clean are $30/hour including tax, that includes dusting, floors vacuuming and mopping, cupboards washing, washroom's and the kitchen counter top. Deep clean or move in/ move out clean is charged a bit more, but it will be ready for your new home or new tenant.The Clean includes stove/oven/fan and hood, fridge and cabinets washing and carpets steaming for $40/hour including tax.
