Competitive salary depending on experience Fun and positive work environment Great schedule, hours generally 9am to 5pm Opportunities for continued growth A dedicated and supportive management team The Role Reporting to guest services manager and general manager, main duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: -Managing housekeeping team. Coordinating with management about the cleaning schedule being hands-on and helping the housekeepers wherever possible - Preparing our boutique cabins for guests' arrival. Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, making beds, mopping floors and replenishing supplies - Maintaining the highest levels of sanitation in cabins. - Removal of garbage from cabins and sorted appropriately as required by our Green Policy - Extended time on your feet; lifting, bending. Must be able to carry minimum of 20 lbs - Work independently at times, and work in teams during busier times - Spending time outdoors! Walking and/or driving around our property Skills and Qualifications: - Responsible and dependable, and self-motivated - Great communication skills, with a strong eye for detail - Lots of energy and a can-do attitude! - Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends - A valid drivers licence - Must have Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status or a valid work permit If you are active, enjoy variety in your work and enjoy being surrounded in nature then Bodega Ridge is the place for you.
