As Nurse Next Door's People Experience Coordinator / HR Assistant, you work in partnership with the Care Designer team to lead the recruitment, selection, hiring and onboarding of Caregivers to deliver Premium care to our clients. As the People Experience Coordinator / HR Assistant at Nurse Next Door, you thrive as a key contributor to the team, and are accustomed to working with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility. You are adaptable, passionate and driven by being involved with a meaningful organization changing the way we deliver home care through our Happier Aging Philosophy. As the People Experience Coordinator, a day in the life will entail: ● Leading all aspects of the employee selection process including recruitment, screening, hiring and onboarding of caregivers ● Overseeing all administrative policies and practices to be in compliance with employment standards ● Self-leadership with the ability to have intentional, compassionate, important conversations Education and Experience Requirements: ● Minimum two years progressive management experience in operational and/or service delivery ● Experienced in recruiting A-Players in a high-volume environment ● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ● Superb organization, planning, time management and multitasking skills ● Fluency in other languages other than English considered an asset ● Strong computer skills, proficient in Google drive This role will likely start at 20-25 hour per week, and $18+/hr.
