Full-time licensed Property Manager Wanted

Royal LePage Nanaimo Realty Property Management is a rapidly growing division that is seeking an additional licensed Property Manager to help us oversee our portfolio. The licensed Property Manager will have the responsibility of managing daily operations at assigned properties. Tasks include, but are not limited to, maintaining property rentals, marketing and filling vacancies, enforcing leases and securing premises, communicating with owners, tenants and contractors. This challenging role does require an individual who is professional and responsible, as well as driven to meet expectations and provide extensive client focus to the resident experience. We will only consider candidates who are licensed and can demonstrate past success in a similar role.
