I am looking to hire multiple talented handypersons for a large maintenance contract in Nanaimo. We are upgrading 49 townhomes. Includes power washing siding, painting of facias and exteriors of homes. Minor ductwork repairs and attic inspections. Cleaning of gutters and gutter repair work as well as de mossing of roofs. As well as minor soffit repair work. Overall these homes are aging and need to be cleaned up. This project will take a while and starts mid March. All equipment is supplied and jobsite will be safe and insured. Must have valid drivers license and no criminal record
Must be clean and tidy in work methods as clients live on site and must be well mannered and professional and respectful of clients homes and personal space. After this project is done I am hoping to retain these individuals to join the team and find their niche within my company and have opportunity for career advancement . Please email resumes or phone.
