Job summary: Finisher is a senior finishing position and is tasked with the staining, painting, lacquering and final quality control of any of the CFC product line. Key responsibilities: - Preparation prior to finishing of any and all products -Operating all staining and spraying equipment including compressors, spray booths, spray pumps, spray guns and all other assorted finishing equipment -Ensure that the final finish product meets the standard of quality control as set forth by the production manager. -Ensure that the Production manager is kept apprised of the status of Finishing equipment -Assist Production Manager with the management of production flow through finishing shop. - Ensure Production manager is kept apprised of material requirements to meet production needs. -Assist Production Manager with training of assistant Finishers.
