Hi there. We are a couple in our 30s and 40s who are new to the west coast from the east coast. We have been here 3 years in August and need a single family home with our large family. We are currently in an upper suite with a shared backyard that doesn't work for us or our neighbours below. We have 3 kids who are 10, 2 and 1. We are looking for a rental for July 1st that has a minimum of 3 bedrooms and is a single family home with a yard. We are none smokers or drinkers. We do have some toys such as a boat and things that need to be in a garage so that's also something we are looking for, or at least somewhere to store these types of belongings. We are looking for the right home as we will treat is as if it's our own. We are very clean and I'm very keen on how my house is kept inside and out. I keep everything looked after and that goes for the outside as well. We love to be outdoors, garden and enjoy the fresh air so a fully fenced yard is also on our wish list with having young babies.
